Garmin's Forerunner 50 is a GPS-enabled sport watch that monitors the user's heart rate, provides workout data and sends that information directly to a computer for quick viewing. During a workout, users can view information such as calories burned, distance traveled and average speed. Turn off the GPS and unplug the GDB adapter cord. Plug it into any other Garmin Nuvi GPS to transfer the GDB 50 service. Follow steps 1-2 for any other Garmin GPS Nuvi device.
Upon receiving the GDB 50 adapter, activate it by following the activation codes in the box. Once activated it is transferable between any Garmin Nuvi or road GPS system.
The Garmin MSN direct receiver service is available to subscribers and Garmin uses until June of 2012.
