Questions About Tablet Computers 2011

Maria asks…
Will 2011 Tablets play MMORPGS such as WOW?
Considering the power of 2010s IPad and Galaxy Tab which both rock in with power comparable to computers of the last five years, is it possible that tablets coming out in 2011 will be capable of downloading and playing games such as WOW?
I am loving 'Pocket Legends' on my Iphone and would love to see full scale mmorpgs come to my pocket!

If your tablet has a 2 Ghz CPU with atleast 2 cores and a 512 MB graphic card with DX11, then you can play WoW on it. I don't thinks so.....

Could you tell me what the future might look like?
It's interesting how Back To The Future did predict some of the things we have today in 2011 (4 years from 2015)
1. Handless and/or wireless video games
2. Our obsession with 3D movies and sequels (though in the movie it was portrayed as holographs)
3. Handheld tablet computers
4.A baseball team in Florida
5.Video conferencing
6.Wall-mounted widescreen televisions
7.Being consumed with personal electronics
8.Multiple TV channels
9.Performance enhancers being a major problem in Sports
People are working on these things that Back To The Future predicted we'd have in 2015
1. Compost fuel
2.Flying cars
3. Hoverboards
4.Dehydrated food

Robert asks…
Tablet pc's going cheaper? WHY? should i buy now or wait?
Lately ive seen allot of tablet PCs getting big discounts. And I was thinking in waiting until the end of the year to buy one. should i wait?
Lately ive seen a very good spec t2z from hp for less than 750 dollars... is their any reason for this reason for this drops in price?
Im thinking they are either just dropping in price in general for tablets and they will maybe just get cheaper by the end of the year without much else to think about. or they are about to make a big upgrade to the hole line of tablets in hp and i might be better of waiting for it until the end...
its not urgent or anything.. my current laptop works perfectly fine (except for a 3 minute battery). I want the tablet for e-reading, help fixing other people's computer, college work, games, and comfortable multimedia experience that comes with the tablet factor and probably gps navigation with an external adapter... so basically ill need something that will last for at least 3 years in the technology side of things (meaning it wont feel sort of old and obsolete hardware wise with in the first 6 months). weather it will last that long with such heavy use might become a miracle. and i might have to upgrade to a bluray reader/writer at some point. good thing of amd is you can upgrade the processor to a newer one without having to change the hole motherboard...
Also i know theirs a new amd processor codename fusion coming out in 2H of 2011.. so if i buy the laptop at the end/beginning of 2010 it might stay relatively good compared to the current market for 1 and a half years... Tho i guess i could save up during that time to buy a 30nm fusion based tablet or nvidia's, intel's countermeasure

There's a recession on, so people ain't spending. This makes it a buyer's market, which is why the discounts - well worth going for imho, if you have the cash.

My Archos 7 Home Tablet wont turn on?
Something is wrong with my Archos 7 Home Tablet. It was working fine since I bought it on 12/31/2010 but then as of 1/3/2011 it will not work! It was fully charged and when I selected the music player, the pop up to turn off the device kept appearing and would not go away and then it just turned off. It was fully charged as well. I hooked it up to the computer to see if it would turn on and it would not. I then hooked it up to the wall charger and let the orange light turn yellow, and it still wont turn on. What should I do? Im thinking of taking it back to Best Buy to see what they can do, but do you have any idea what I could do?
I held the power button on for well over 30 seconds, cuz I know it takes a bit to turn on and it wont turn on at all :/

John asks…
You think its possible that Google is coming out with a new open source operating system for computers?
I don't know but it sure looks like it.
James mentioned that Intel has been working with Google to get Android deployed on its x86 chips. Jones said that Android 2.3 Gingerbread has already been deployed, with the firm currently optimising Android 3.0 Honeycomb, and that Intel based Android devices will be appearing in stores by the end of the year. James also mentioned that Intel has been working with Google to get its Linux-based Chrome OS running on its chips.
Intel touted its Wind River Linux distribution for embedded systems and its Yocto open source project. There was even time to mention Meego, the operating system that Nokia dumped in favour of Microsoft's Windows Phone. James said that tablets running Meego will appear in the second half of 2011 and Intel is working with Orange and Samsung among others to get smartphones out, although she did not mention a release date.
Microsoft's decision to support the ARM architecture is likely to help it more than harm Intel. The popularity of Google's Android has shown that consumers are willing to have Linux running on consumer embedded devices, so the challenge for Intel isn't supporting software, but to make a chip that can run well in smartphones and tablets and deliver respectable battery life.
Judging by James' presentation, Intel might still have a good relationship with Microsoft but the company believes that Linux-based operating systems are a better long term bet.

Pluto all the companies do that and that is why they love this New World order. They want the middle class to pay for everything while they get to hide all of their massive profits.
